Co-Managing Director

With over two decades of expertise in real estate delivery throughout Australia, Oscar is a seasoned property executive. His diverse portfolio spans residential, retail, hospitality, commercial, and industrial sectors.

As a CPA with deep banking and finance experience, Oscar is proficient in planning, financial analysis, project management, customer relations, acquisitions, divestments, capital partnerships, sales and marketing strategies. He brings a comprehensive skill set to ensure the success of our projects.

Committed to excellence, Oscar thrives on fostering positive stakeholder relationships and delivering outstanding results in the dynamic real estate landscape.

GREG BETTS

Co-Managing Director

Delivering projects since 1999, Greg’s expertise in real estate development, project management and construction management covers luxury high-rise apartments, house and land, hotels, leisure, heavy infrastructure, and large-scale urban regeneration projects throughout Australia and the Middle East.

Several of his projects have earned global awards for setting new standards in placemaking excellence.

Being a qualified project manager, builder and landscape designer, Greg’s hands on approach steers Kahua Developments through the entire lifecycle of concept origination, approvals, design, construction delivery and post completion care.
