Barangaroo Reserve, Sydney

The Barangaroo Reserve, Subterranean Exhibition Space, Central Station Precinct and Harbour Control Tower Demolition projects formed a key part of the broader transformation of the Barangaroo waterfront from a former industrial wharf into one of Australia's most significant harbourside destinations. The internationally acclaimed Reserve reinstates the natural headland that existed prior to European settlement and has become an iconic public asset for the people of Sydney.

The projects encompassed the management of complex planning approvals, design development, construction delivery and stakeholder coordination, together with intricate land titling arrangements, major utility augmentations, easement modifications and extensive site contamination remediation. The program also included the successful delivery of two major public engagement events, the highly popular Construction Open Day and the official Grand Opening, both of which attracted significant community participation and public interest.
