CLELAND BOND STORE, THE ROCKS
The Argyle and Cleland Bond Stores is a heritage listed commercial building representing Sydney’s history, containing significant remains of the one of the earliest buildings from c1826. Our people project managed a complete wet and dry fire system upgrade, with associated works including new emergency and exit lighting building repairs, remediation works and installation of signage. A complete dry fire system upgrade was completed including an audit of existing services, replacement or modifications to existing services and the extension of the system to new areas.
These works were awarded “Excellence in Construction of Adaptive Re-Use of a Historic Building up to $5 Million” at the 2007 NSW Master Builders Awards.
