Kings Forest is located on the Tweed Coast Road adjacent to the recently completed beachside suburb of Casuarina, near Kingscliff, some 15 minutes from the Gold Coast airport. The 856ha. northern river growth area will take the form of a new major town centre; the subdivision will accommodate 4,500 dwelling across the master planned community.
