LACHLAN’S LINE, NORTH RYDE

A highly sustainable, thriving residential community precinct. Over a period of nine years, our people directed the rezoning, masterplan and overall reinvigoration of the former 20ha. industrial site.

$150m enabling infrastructure was constructed, resulting in the creation of serviced superlots and $325m divestiture land sales. The development affords over 3000 dwellings, including affordable apartments.

Conducted Sydney’s largest residential sales campaign in 2020, via a two-stage international tender.
